IT'S ALL IN A NAME
Hi, I’m Janean - but most people know me as J9INE.
The nickname was born on my very first day of teaching my fitness class at a corporate site. A woman burst into class, full of energy and excitement, and shouted “J9INE!” thinking my name was spelled JaNINE, as so many others do. The moment was so bold, and it made me smile, shaking off the nervousness. Since that class, the name stuck, and it’s become a signature part of my fitness journey ever since!
Beyond the studio, I am a mother of two teenage girls, an entrepreneur, and a Corporate Senior Manager with more than two decades of experience leading and coaching high‑performing teams. My passion has always centered around empowering people, whether in the office or in the fitness space.
