 Our high-energy dance fitness classes combine cardio, global music (Hip Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Latin and more), and light strength training to help you burn calories, build strength, and boost confidence without pressure or judgment.


Each class features easy-to-follow dance routines set to music from around the world, plus functional strength exercises for a full-body workout. 


Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, you can move at your own pace while still getting great results.

Our 30/30 HIIT and dance fitness class combines 30 minutes of J9 Dance Fitness with 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to help build muscle, burn fat, and improve endurance.


This workout class is beginner-friendly and fully modifiable, allowing all fitness levels to train at their own pace. 


The HIIT portion focuses on strength and conditioning using light weights and resistance bands for a total-body workout.


Perfect for anyone searching for HIIT classes, muscle-building workouts, or cardio and strength group fitness


What to bring to class:


  •  Light weights  (3lb, 5lb or 8lb)
  • Optional - Resistance bands (bands available for purchase in-store).
  • Yoga mat
  • Bottled water 
  • Towel
